i often train myself but i have slow progress coz i don't have anyone to train with.anyway,my problem is this:whenever i train, my shin hurts,it always hurt after 30mins. of training. maybe i have bad landing technique but is there anything i can wear to protect my shin from such impact?hope to see you guys in action,good jumping to all! -noypi-

From my experience, all i can say is stretch and keep practicing and when you feel pain, stop. Your body needs to be trained to be able to absorb the impact of your jumps ( just bending you knees are not enough ). So keep practicing.

PS: i have no idea what type of jumps you do or how you land them, i'm guessing that you do everything with the proper techniques...
